DPH delivered a small power and lighting fit-out package at 1 Finsbury Avenue, working for Dornan Engineering as part of the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building near Liverpool Street Station, London. Delivered over a 12-month programme, the works required a high standard of workmanship and careful coordination to suit the constraints of a heritage commercial environment, while maintaining progress against programme and budget. DPH’s experienced delivery team completed the installation to a high standard, supporting a quality-led handover aligned with the requirements of a landmark refurbishment project.
The scope included the installation of small power distribution and final connections to fan coil units, including containment where required, socket outlets, fused spurs and complete circuit wiring back to local distribution boards across the relevant floor cores. DPH also delivered the full lighting and lighting controls package, comprising suspended, wall-mounted and track-mounted luminaires, PIR control devices and all associated wiring and terminations. The scope was completed with the installation of emergency lighting throughout the areas in line with the project design and specification.
Testing and commissioning formed a key element of the works, with all installations delivered in accordance with BS 7671. DPH completed full electrical testing and verification, providing NICEIC certification and test results to support the overall assurance process. The project was delivered to a high standard of quality, supporting a compliant handover on time and within budget for Dornan Engineering.
