GUILDFORD STATION MULTI-STOREY CAR PARK

DPH delivered the full mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) installation for the new-build multi-storey car park at Guildford Station, providing a coordinated multidiscipline package from installation through to testing and commissioning. The works included the installation of electrical supplies and distribution with provision for EV charging, lighting and small power systems, containment, earthing and lightning protection, and a fully integrated fire alarm and detection system and Emergency Voice Communication System. Our teams also delivered public health services, mechanical cooling and ventilation to designated rooms, dry riser infrastructure, and fire damper installations. By maintaining strict control over quality, safety and interface management throughout the build, DPH ensured all systems were fully tested, commissioned and handed over in line with Network Rail standards and processes.
